Bicycles, musical instruments, strollers and wheelchairs, sports equipment

You can take along your bicycles and sports equipment by booking a Special luggage when you purchase your ticket. Space for these objects is subject to availability; therefore, we recommend you to book it as early as possible.

Musical instruments can be considered handbags, if they comply with the relevant size, and can be brought on board as handbag for free. If the size is more than 150 cm (height + weight + depth) and weight more than 10 kg, you need to add an additional adult passenger ticket at the time of booking and book a seat next to yours. You can take on board one musical instrument per passenger. Strollers travel for free on our buses: you can bring one per person (foldable strollers only).

You can bring your foldable wheelchair and other mobility aids for people with reduced mobilities or disabilities on board free of charge. Visit the Enquiries and alerts page, select the “Passengers with disabilities” section, and then “Wheelchair travel request”. To load the wheelchair in the hold or on board, send the compiled “Passengers with disabilities”, and “Wheelchair travel request” form at least 36 hours before departure.
